iPhone 11 owners are complaining about screen scratches after just a couple of days of useOctober 14, 2019
The iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max are the latest Apple software to be released and are already facing flack in the market. Customers are claiming that the phone screen, purchased only last month is becoming an easy victim to scratching and bruising on account of contact with everyday objects such as keys and clothes.
Claiming that it is the toughest glass ever, Apple has advertised this screen and its capability widely. However, it is proving to be flimsier than we first thought.
A thread on the Apple support forums has emerged to consolidate the dismay of new iPhone users who think the screen is scratchy too soon. It now has 600 replies which complain about the said scratches despite being careful. Some claim that putting the phone in the pocket of their jeans is causing their screens to scratch.
Apple’s latest releases have been put through JerryRigEverything’s testing which performs tests in a controlled environment. The case in point is that regular life is not controlled and scratching is possible.
As of now, the only remedy possible is to use a screen guard to prevent any further damage to the screen and keeping it clean since tends to attract dust as well.
